Product Details

Feeding & Sheet Delivery

Install the plastic roll, adjust the brake to prevent unwinding slack. Chains accurately pull the sheet into the heating zone to ensure straight material travel without deviation.

Heating & Softening

Upper and lower heating plates provide uniform heating. The sheet is heated until softened to a plastic state. Temperatures shall be controlled by zones, with lower temperature in the middle and higher around the periphery to avoid overmelting.

Vacuum Forming

The softened sheet covers the mold. Vacuum is applied to draw the sheet tightly against the mold surface for forming. Maintain vacuum pressure for a short period to guarantee sharp contours, intact details and defect-free products.

Cooling & Punching

Air or water cooling is adopted for shaping. The finished products are cut out via die punching. Waste materials are automatically recovered, and products are conveyed and stacked neatly ready for packaging.
