Product Details


The touch screen of the vacuum packaging machine is the intelligent control core, replacing traditional buttons. It can intuitively set heating, vacuum forming and other processes, accurately adjust temperature and speed, and store hundreds of formulas. Simultaneously equipped with fault alarm function, making operation easier and production more efficient and stable.


Unwinding and Forming: The PVC film roll material is fed at a constant speed, softened by heating, and vacuum formed into a plastic tray bottom with a predetermined shape through a mold.


Feeding and unloading of paper cards: The automatic feeding system accurately places the product into the tray groove; At the same time, the paper card compartment absorbs pre printed paper cards and covers the surface of the tray.


Punching and transfer: Separate the forming trays on the continuous belt by punching, and accurately grasp them by a robotic arm or conveyor device, and transfer them to the heat sealing station track.


Heat sealing and output: The upper and lower heat sealing plates are heated and pressurized to firmly weld the paper card to the tray; After cooling and shaping, the finished product is cut and output by a conveyor belt.
