The difference between single current and dual current


The difference between single current and dual current lies in control accuracy and applicable scenarios, rather than just efficiency.

Single current+dual station: The equipment only has one "brain" (electrical box). The left and right workstations share a set of current systems, which can work alternately to improve efficiency, but cannot be independently adjusted on both sides. If there is a difference between the batches of products on both sides, there may be a situation where one side is welded perfectly and the other side is slightly overheated or insufficient.


Dual current+dual station: The device's "left and right currents can be adjusted separately" is the essence of this equipment. It is equivalent to having two independent current systems, which can set the most suitable current size for the mold differences or product batches of two workstations. In the oscillation cabinet of this model, a special structure is usually designed to allow the left and right push plates to adjust the current separately, ensuring consistency and yield of products on both sides.

If the packaging is the same toothbrush and the mold condition is good, the "single current dual station" has the highest cost-effectiveness, and doubling the efficiency is enough.
