    Check the product type: If it involves producing plastic liners such as electronic trays or food boxes, an air-forming machine is required; for eco-friendly pulp-based lunch boxes or industrial pulp molds, a pulp molding machine should be selected; for sealing air-formed blister packs with paper cards or welding PVC double-layer blister packs, a high-frequency machine (paper-plastic packaging machine) is needed.
    Check material compatibility: High-frequency machines are primarily suitable for soft and hard films containing over 30% PVC, or materials such as PU and genuine leather. If the product mainly uses eco-friendly materials like APET or PETG, confirm whether the equipment supports them (high-frequency machines can also process PETG material). For food-contact thermoformed products, the machine must be equipped with molds made of food-grade materials (such as 304 stainless steel).
    Consider automation requirements: For high production volumes, opt for a fully automated thermoforming and cutting integrated machine, or a high-frequency machine equipped with a slide table and automatic lifting to enhance efficiency.
  • Can high-frequency machines (high-frequency waves) interfere with surrounding electronic devices?

    There is a certain possibility. High-frequency machines may generate harmonics during operation, which can interfere with nearby cable TV, radios, and other devices. Equipment produced by reputable manufacturers typically incorporates shielding measures (such as adding shielding devices or complying with the international industrial frequency band standard of 27.12MHz), and high-sensitivity spark protection devices can also reduce abnormal radiation. When purchasing, attention should be paid to whether the equipment meets EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) standards.
  • Why does "arcing" (sparking) occur during high-frequency (high-frequency) welding?

    Arcing (also known as "spark jumping") is a common issue in high-frequency operations, primarily damaging molds and products. Common causes and countermeasures:
    The mold level is not properly adjusted: Ensure the upper and lower molds are level.
    Excessive current/output force: When debugging new molds, the current should be gradually increased starting from 0.2A.
    There is an issue with the insulation material beneath the mold: excessive thickness, dirt, or damage can easily cause sparking. Maintain cleanliness or replace it as needed.
    The high-frequency capacitor plate adjustment is too close: the spacing needs to be appropriately adjusted.
  • How to address the issue of poor adhesion between the paper card and the blister shell during paper-plastic packaging?

    Check temperature and pressure: If the temperature or pressure does not meet the glue activation requirements, it will result in "false adhesion.".
    Check the adhesive and material: Ensure the use of specialized suction adhesive, with uniform spraying. Poor board quality or adhesive seepage can also lead to poor bonding.
    Check cooling: After welding, ensure sufficient cooling before releasing pressure to prevent bubble formation or edge shrinkage.
  • What should be noted during equipment installation?

    Environment: Both the vacuum forming machine and the high-frequency machine must be installed in a clean, flat, and dry workshop. Particular attention is required for the vacuum forming machine, as dust can affect product quality.
    Power Supply and Grounding: Typically, a 380V (three-phase five-wire system) power supply is used, and reliable grounding is essential (the cross-sectional area of the grounding wire must be no less than 2.5mm²) to ensure safety. High-frequency machines require significant power, so the power supply capacity must be verified.
  • What are the key points of daily maintenance?

    High-frequency machine: Regularly clean the water in the filter (for the pneumatic system) and dust from the machine (requires power-off operation). Pay special attention to adjusting the position of the grounding copper plate, as it is crucial for stable equipment operation.
    Vacuum forming machine: Regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump. Replace the vacuum pump oil after the first cumulative usage of 100 hours. After each shutdown, it is recommended to loosen the clamping device of the PVC diaphragm.
  • What are the high voltage hazards during high-frequency machine maintenance?

    Very dangerous! There is a high voltage of several thousand to tens of thousands of volts inside the high-frequency machine. Before conducting any inspection or maintenance, the main power must be turned off. Do not operate with electricity, and prioritize commissioning professional personnel for troubleshooting.
